The day of love has come and gone, but the short month of February is filled with affection for a whole 4 weeks! Yeah, you've showed the important people in your life that you love them, maybe did something special for your special someone. But what about what you rely on? Especially here in the Mid-Atlantic region, this part of the season, specifically this year, is filled with road salt, chunks of road and shards of ice.
